When we talk with our customers about stair renovation we start things off by learning about the home and current styles within. We want to build a mental picture of your living areas and your goals to help us determine the best stair solution for you. Some typical questions we ask;

Is the staircase hardwood now or carpeted? Are the floors hardwood?  Do you have inside pets?  Is your home split-level? Can you provide a photo or two of the staircase?

Then we’ll provide a ballpark price range for the project. Once you’ve chosen to move forward and selected materials we’ll give you a finalized and itemized Estimate. Next our team member will visit your home for a final takeoff prior to construction.

While we are guests in your home, we protect your floors and environment in every way we can. We protect your floors with rubber mats and seal off the work area. We use only top-quality commercial equipment to assure a dust-free, clean environment.
