Shipping & Terms of Sale

In stock stair parts are shipped from our shipping partner's facility or 1883 McFarland Parkway, Alpharetta Georgia 30005. Shipping time is typically 3-7 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Freight charges will be prepaid by Railing-Pro, if for any reason the customer cancels order after it’s been shipped and it is in transit to the customer, you will be responsible to repay all freight charges for the cancelled shipment.

•Orders placed after 11am EST typically ship the next business day.

•We do not use USPS and cannot ship to a PO Box.

•Orders under 150 pounds typically ship UPS or FedEx Ground.

•Orders over 150 pounds will ship on a pallet using LTL Freight.

•LTL Freight does not include residential lift-gate service. Typically, you must off-load the boxes from the back of

the truck as the Carrier will not off-load the pallet without the lift-gate option paid. If your house is not

accessible you may need to meet them at the local terminal to pick up or at the closest location they can drive too.

•Freight carriers will call and make an appointment with you before delivery.

•Shipping is only to the contiguous US.

•A change in address after it has shipped will result in re-consignment fees that you will be responsible for.

•Local Pick-Up is available from our Alpharetta, Georgia Warehouse M-F, 7am to 4pm

Claims – Quality, Damaged or Defective Parts

In the rare event of damaged material, quickly inspect your entire order. We only have 2 (two) days to file a claim with the shipping company due to damaged parts. You will need to send us pictures of the boxes & damaged parts within 2 (two) days of receiving your order. Claims after 2 (two) days will not be accepted. We can re-ship damaged material free of charge by Ground Service (3-5 day delivery). We will not express deliver any order.

Returns, Exchanges & Restocking Fees

We only accept returns up to 30 days from the time you received your parts. Returns will not be accepted on any product that has been used in any way (such as cut, sanded, glued or any action that causes damage to the product) and must be received in the original packaging. There will be a 30 percent restocking charge for all returns. Special Order or non-standard products cannot be returned and are subject to return or cancellation if product or manufacturing has been initiated.

Cancellation & Order Issues

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and for any reason. Sometimes orders are unable to be filled due to a variety of reasons including backorders, production issues, listing errors, staffing issues, shipping issues and other situations that may prevent us from being able to complete your order. We will always cancel the order, void the transaction, and refund your money accordingly.
