All Rintal products are covered by a limited 24-month warranty, during which we are committed to doing repairs and maintenance for free in the case of defects in materials or workmanship.

The conditions of the warranty are contained in the manual, delivered with your Rintal product.

We manage the production chain of our wood and produce beech panels directly to ensure a high level of quality and consistent with our customers, while maintaining our respect for the environment.

We also use non-toxic, water-based paint for wood, and our iron parts are treated to guarantee high resistance compared to craft paint systems.

Lastly, we have devised an exclusive, proprietary system of lacquering wood using polypropylene micro-particles to make the surface less slippery and more resistant to scratches, abrasion and UV rays responsible for the color changes.
